Selleong-tang
Korean broth tang(soup) made from
ox bones(mostly leg bones), brisket and
other cuts with potato starch noodle.
A spicy Korean soup made with pork spine,
vegetables, green onion, hot peppers and
ground wild sesame seeds.
Bbeodagi-Gamjatang
Galbi-tang
Korean soup made primarily from beef
short ribs along with stewing beef, daikon,
green onion, potato starch noodle etc.
Seafood-Tofusoup
Made with uncurdled dubu(tofu), seafood,
vegetables, mushrooms, onions and
chili powder cooked in hot stone pot.
Ddukbaeki-Bulgogi
The combo of sizzling hot pot, your favorite
mushrooms, potato starch noodle will take
your bulgogi eating experience to the next level.
Bibimbap
The word literally means "mixed rice", Bibimbap is
served in abowl of warm white rice topped with
namul (sauteed and seasoned vegetabels)
and chili pepper paste served on the side.

Haemul-Pajeon
Pancake-like Korean dish made from a batter of eggs,

in the batter and toppimgs,e.g. shrimp, squid, clams.
Galbi-Jjim
Minced garlic, pepper, ground sesame with salt,
ginger juice, and sugar are mixed together with the
Beef ribs and are simmered in a large pot
on a mid-flame. The cooking is done slowly.
